The area consists of four point buildings that are placed in an open structure in the landscape. They are rotated relative to each other, creating variety, space and experiences as you move around the area. At the same time, an open corridor is created between the buildings from Stadionvej to Egeparken.
The landscape builds on the character of Egeparken with grass and large oak trees. The large oak trees are “pulled in” and planted scattered between the buildings. Around the buildings is a private zone, where you find terraces for the homes. The private zone is divided with planted beech hedges between the homes. Smaller flowering trees, such as Siberian crap apple, cockspur and cornelian cherry, are planted so that they screen for insight. The ground is mowed grass as in the Oak Park. Around the parking areas, beech hedges are planted with smaller flowering trees such as Siberian crap apple, cockspur and cornelian cherry.
