A Workplace with Personality

As Dinero outgrew their original space on the 4th floor of the Visma building, Danielsen Spaceplanning was brought in to rethink the office — not just physically, but culturally.
The building, designed by Danielsen Architecture and completed in 2020, spans 16,000 m². Dinero has occupied the top floor since 2019.

With over 100 employees and an additional 200 m² of newly acquired space, the opportunity arose for a true re-make.

Our task: Create more than space – create identity.In close dialogue with Dinero’s employees, we developed vibrant zones that strengthen functionality, collaboration and workplace joy — all rooted in the company’s strong culture. Highlights include:

• Under the Sea & The Beach – A formerly dark corridor transformed into playful, visual energy.
• Aros & The Circus – Pathways of color, warmth and personality.
• The Forest & The Jungle – Spaces for focus, creativity and innovation.
• La Discoteca – A club-inspired entrance area filled with energy and festive anticipation.

The result:
An office that is anything but generic. A workplace that reflects the people, the culture and the ambitions behind it.
